    P.S. I caught a minor deletion in my post after you blogged it; the ballot language actually read as follows (restored language in all caps):

    “Shall the City Charter proposed by the City of Hamtramck CHARTER Revision Commission approved by resolution on November 8, 2004 be adopted?”
